1.How can I contact you for a quote and design?
Should you see a product or design that suits your requirements, it is best to send us an enquiry and one of our Sales Managers will be in contact with you to discuss your business needs in further detail.AtSave-A-Lot we do not believe that each client has specific requirements for their countries and also clients. The better we understand your business, the greater we can be of service to you.
2.Can I customise the designs?
Customisation is possible however this will depend on the style of product you choose. Also note, custom designs do have minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirements. You can discuss this with one of our Sales Managers who will guide you through the process. At SAL we also have in house designers and developers who are able to assist you should your need be specific.
3.I have licenced items. Are you able to accommodate?
Our design team is experienced in working with licencing such Peanuts, Disney, Marvel and several others and have worked on hundreds of designs. Therefore, as a client, we request from you access to the style guides and always ensuring that we work within those set parameters.
4.Can you work with large clients / retailers?
SAL has clients across Europe, North & South America and MENA with experience in dealing with major retailers, directly and indirectly.Understanding your needs and those of your clients plays an important role in how we work with you. 5.How can I request sample(s)?
Generally speaking, samples can be requested which can be organised by our team after they determine your needs and requirements. Samples will depend on the item being in stock or able to obtain. At times, there may be a small fee attached to providing samples, however, please discuss with one of our team.
6.I like what I see, how can I order?
Ordering or requesting a quote is easy. Please select the item(s) you require and hit “Send Enquiry”. Once we receive, one of our awesome team will discuss the specifics with you directly. We will receive this and one of our Sales Managers will be in contact with you to discuss.
7.How can I pay for my order?
Generally, a 30% deposit is required to commence your order with balance payable before shipment to allow for release of the BL (Bill of Lading). Payments for balance is normally by TT Bank transfers or LC.
